A video, which is being circulated on social media showing Defence Minister Rajnath Singh assuring protection to gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, is edited. The original video is from 2020 in which Rajnath was assuring Muslim population that their citizenship won't be revoked after the introduction of Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). The original video was recorded ahead of 2020 Delhi Assembly polls.
