A poster paying tribute to Samajwadi Party founder Mulayam Singh Yadav on his 85th birth anniversary was seen outside BJP's office in Lucknow. The poster also had an image of the daughter-in-law of Mulayam Singh and BJP leader Aparna Yadav. This comes ahead of the by-poll election scheduled on November 20 on nine seats in Uttar Pradesh.
