Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) commander Mazloum Abdi said non-Syrian Kurdish fighters who came to Syria to support Syrian Kurdish forces will leave if a ceasefire is reached with Turkey in northern Syria. Members of the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), a designated terrorist group by Turkey, were also supporting the SDF in the uprising against ousted President Bashar al-Assad.
