Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary called Indian rupee one of the "best-performing Asian currencies". This comes as the Indian currency continues to hit fresh all-time lows against the US dollar. "The relative stability of INR bears testimony to India's sound and resilient economic fundamentals," he added in a written response in the Lok Sabha on Monday.
