Rapid Metro in Gurugram, which has seen rise in numbers of passengers and revenue, will soon be operated by Gurugram Metro Rail Limited. The Haryana Mass Rapid Transport Corporation Limited (HMRTC) said the transfer process from Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has begun, with joint operations continuing until completion. Between April and July, footfall rose 13.59% to 62.49 lakh, officials said.
