A 26-year-old US Coast Guard rescue swimmer during his first-ever mission saved 165 lives in the flash floods in US' Texas. Scott Ruskin served as the primary triage coordinator on the ground at Camp Mystic, a Christian girls' summer camp that was among the hardest hit along the Guadalupe River. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem called him an "American hero".
