A Booth Level Officer (BLO) allegedly died by suicide in UP's Sehal Zahidpur, Bhagatpur Block, leaving behind a note, in which he alleged "stress" due to Special Intensive Revision (SIR) target, officials said on Sunday. District Magistrate Anuj Kumar Singh said the matter is being examined from all angles. The deceased was identified as Sarvesh Singh.
