Congress' Tariq Hamid Karra announced the party won't contest the Rajya Sabha elections to four Jammu and Kashmir seats after the NC refused it a "safe seat". He said Congress sought one of the two seats going to the polls separately, but the NC offered one from the common notification. "We don't want to contest on seat four," Karra added.
