An explosion occurred in an i20 car near Red Fort in Delhi at around 6.50 pm on Monday. At least 13 people have been killed in the blast, while 20-plus people have been injured. Delhi Police said the explosion took place when the vehicle was moving slowly at a signal. Home Minister Amit Shah said all angles are being probed.
