An eagle swooped down and snatched an exam hall ticket of an aspirant moments before the Kerala Public Service Commission exam began on Thursday. In a video, it can be seen sitting above a window with the hall tickets clutched in its claws. The bird later dropped the ticket, allowing the aspirant to enter the hall moments before the deadline.
