Pravesh Yadav, a 22-year-old who is allegedly involved in liquor smuggling, was arrested on Sunday after he visited Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj to take a dip. He is a resident of Alwar district of Rajasthan and police said he was absconding for one-and-half years. Bhadohi SP Abhimanyu Manglik said he was arrested due to heavy security.
