A video showed a pregnant woman in Uttar Pradesh's Hamirpur being transported to a hospital on a bullock cart through a muddy, waterlogged road when an ambulance allegedly failed to reach her village. Reacting to it, Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav slammed the BJP-led UP government, stating that ambulances had turned into bullock carts under BJP's rule.
