Congress leader Gaurav Gogoi said people can't drive at 100-130km/h in Assam due to bad roads. He stated people are paying toll but not getting quality roads. "Especially from Jorhat to Dibrugarh, NH-37 is in...bad state," he added. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said Gogoi is right as road was damaged after rains and it will be fine in six months.
