Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu on Monday started door-to-door distribution of pension under 'NTR Bharosa Pension Scheme'. Under the scheme, old people, widows, weavers, single women, fishermen and transgenders will get ₹4,000/month and disabled people will get ₹6,000/month. Further, people with serious ailments will get ₹15,000/month, Naidu said. Earlier, old people used to get ₹3,000/month.
