PM Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Sikkim on May 29. BJP Sikkim president DR Thapa said he will inaugurate many infrastructural projects across the state. Thapa added that several long-pending demands of the state will be raised during the PM's visit, including safeguarding Article 371F and giving tribal status to the 12 left-out communities of Sikkim, among other issues.
