A trainee doctor has been arrested for allegedly raping a 24-year-old foreign national at a Goa hospital. The complaint alleged that the accused doctor "lifted her gown and groped her breast" under the pretext of conducting a test. As per the complaint, the accused pressed his fingers in her private parts on the pretext of conducting a neurological sensitivity examination.
