The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) on Friday released its manifesto ahead of Bihar polls which are scheduled to be held on November 6 and 11. The alliance has promised over one crore government jobs and one crore lakhpati didis. The NDA has also promised to conduct skill census to provide skill-based employment and establish mega learning centres in every district.
