Speaking about arrested activist Sonam Wangchuk's international connections, Ladakh DGP Dr SD Singh Jamwal said, "We previously arrested a Pakistan PIO who was in contact with him and reporting back." "Wangchuk attended an event in Pakistan and also visited Bangladesh. There is a big question mark on him, and the investigation is ongoing," Dr Jamwal added.
