New Zealand captain Tom Latham said over-rate penalties need to be reviewed. He stated that in subcontinent a lot of spin is used and maintaining over-rate is not an issue but it is a challenge outside the subcontinent. Both England and New Zealand were penalised three WTC competition points for maintaining a slow over-rate in the first Test in Christchurch.
