Chennai-based urologist Dr Venkat Subramaniam warned that several morning habits could silently harm kidneys. He highlighted five mistakes- skipping first glass of water and starting with coffee/tea, delaying morning pee, taking painkillers on empty stomach, not rehydrating after morning workout and skipping breakfast. "I recommend starting...day with...protein-rich breakfast," he advised.
