Shah Bano's daughter issued a legal notice to CBFC and the makers of Emraan Hashmi and Yami Gautam's upcoming film 'Haq'. Siddiqua Begum claimed the film was made without prior consent of Shah Bano's legal heir. 'Haq' amounts to commercialisation of private life events of Shah Bano, who brought landmark judgement in 1985 on maintenance lawsuit in India, she added.
