The Supreme Court has begun hearing a suo motu case regarding the Delhi air pollution crisis. CJI Surya Kant said that the matter shouldn't be listed only for October, but rather, hearings should take place regularly. "My friend says that merely because of the listing of the matter, [the AQI] has improved," LiveLaw reported, quoting the CJI.
