US Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem has said an illegal immigrant started eating himself on a deportation flight. "[Officials] had to get him off and get him medical attention. These are the kind of deranged individuals...that we're trying to...get out of our country," she added. "We are going after murderers and rapists and traffickers and drug dealers," Noem further said.
