India's most common cancer is breast cancer, with initial symptom being a lump, oncologist Dr Jayesh Sharma said. The second most common cancer is mouth cancer. One should watch out for wounds in mouth, especially if they don't get filled in 15 days or if there's no scar. The cancer's third sign is any kind of abnormal bleeding, he said.
