Talking about Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja being benched in first Test against Australia, India captain Rohit Sharma said "it's never easy" to leave experienced players like them out. "But...decision was made (on the basis of) whatever was best for the team at that particular time," he stated. Rohit added he wasn't there to inform them about the same.
