Godrej Properties acquired an additional 3.8-acre land parcel in South Bengaluru adding ₹2,400 crore in revenue potential to its Sarjapur Road project. With this purchase, the company now plans to build a large premium residential community across a consolidated 30-acre parcel with projected revenue of ₹3,500 crore. In October, the company bought 26-acre land to develop a housing project.
