The governing pro-European Union 'Party of Action and Solidarity' won the Moldovan parliamentary election amid claims of Russian interference in the elections. After 98% of polling station votes were counted, the PAS was leading with 49.6% of the vote, while the pro-Russian 'Patriotic Electoral Bloc' had 24.6% of the votes. 51.9% of eligible voters had cast votes in the election.
