The BMC has demolished 44 illegal structures in Malad built using forged city title survey maps. The P-North ward team razed four structures between June 3 to 5, and another 57 unauthorised structures are targeted for demolition. According to Kundan Valvi, Assistant Municipal Commissioner, notices have been issued to the remaining structures, and verification will be done before demolition.
