After a TMC delegation met CEC Gyanesh Kumar in Delhi and alleged that more than 30 Booth Level Officers had died due to Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls, CEC appointed a special roll observer for West Bengal, as per reports. ECI told TMC delegation not to threaten BLOs regarding dead, shifted and duplicate voters, reports added.
