S Mahendra Dev, Chairman of Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister (EAC-PM), said US President Donald Trump's decision to hike H-1B visa fee to $100,000 is "a gain" for India. "In India, a lot of things are happening...We'll have more startups, more companies in cities like Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Gurugram. All will benefit because of these startups," he said.
