The owner of the car that exploded near the Red Fort in Delhi has been identified as Mohd Salman, reports said. He has been arrested, and he reportedly told police that he sold the car. The car, which carried passengers, was moving at a slow speed when it exploded, Delhi Police said. At least eight people were killed.
