A video showed the sky turning bright pink due to solar flares in several parts of Russia after an X-class plasma burst hit Earth recently. The sky turned pink after a string of coronal mass ejections (CMEs) launched by the sun's X-class flares slammed into Earth’s magnetic field, triggering a severe geomagnetic storm. Auroras were also reported from other nations.
