Congress' Wayanad bypoll candidate Priyanka Gandhi Vadra's husband, businessman Robert Vadra, is facing an almost ₹80-crore income tax demand from government, Priyanka's poll affidavit showed. It also said tax appeals are pending before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals). The orders came as I-T Department suspected Vadra had not declared his true income for over a decade, News18 reported.
