A Karnataka government panel recommended that private two-wheelers can continue to be allowed for app-based delivery services in the state. The panel, however, rejected any move to legalise bike taxis, calling them unsafe for passengers and riders. This comes as Karnataka HC has been hearing pleas filed by Ola, Uber, and Rapido against earlier order disallowing operation of bike taxis.
