The Supreme Court on Friday declined an urgent hearing on Delhi-NCR's worsening air pollution crisis, scheduling case for November 12. The counsel sought an early listing citing rising pollution, but CJI BR Gavai refused, noting that bench was occupied with hearing of ongoing challenge to Tribunals Reforms Act, 2021. It added matter will be heard with Taj Trapezium Zone case.
