A pet dog bit the face of a Kerala Booth Level Officer (BLO) when she visited a house in Kerala’s Kottayam to distribute voter list revision forms for the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise. The officer sustained injuries to her face and neck and claimed that the house owner released the dog on her when she visited the house.
