State-owned broadcaster Prasar Bharati is set to present 'Tilottama', a Bengali film inspired by RG Kar College rape-murder case. Helmed by National Award-winning filmmaker Ujjwal Chatterjee, the film will be produced by UCC Entertainments. Chatterjee said, "When I saw what happened, I realised silence wasn't an option. A filmmaker cannot heal wound, but he can make sure wound isn't forgotten."
