The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has launched an investigation into disruptions of IndiGo-operated flights after around 200 flights were reportedly cancelled on Wednesday due to crew shortage. The regulator has asked IndiGo to explain reasons behind the disruptions and submit mitigation plans. According to an official note, IndiGo cancelled over 1,200 flights in November.
