Bihar Congress president Rajesh Kumar Ram became emotional on Tuesday while reacting to the attempted attack in which a shoe was thrown at Chief Justice of India BR Gavai. He said, "Even after reaching the highest constitutional offices, Dalits are still not fully accepted." Rajesh Ram alleged that the incident reflected the ideology of the RSS.
