Union Minister JP Nadda criticised Congress over Emergency and amendment to the Constitution's Preamble and said, "The bad lot has interfered with Constitution many times." Nadda also criticised ex-PM Jawaharlal Nehru for bringing Article 370, which gave special status to J&K. "After the bad lot, we got the good lot. On August 5, 2019, we abrogated Article 370," he added.
