A Delhi court has granted bail to a man charged under Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) for allegedly being part of a notorious gang. The court said that the applicant fulfilled the twin conditions, adding that he spent over four years in custody and there was not a single FIR against him in any other case.
