Two women were trapped for over half an hour in sauna of their Noida housing complex after the door got jammed. When no one responded to their screams for help, they smashed the false ceiling and retrieved a rod to break the door lock to escape. "They charge ₹4.25/square foot maintenance, but facilities are very poor," one of them said.
