Mumbai Police registered a case under the stringent Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act against a 59-year-old retired Army personnel following the alleged sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl. The victim revealed that the accused had molested and forcibly assaulted her on multiple occasions between September 1 and October 6, 2025. RCF Police immediately arrested the accused.
