The image of the woman who crashed a BMW into a motorbike and killed a Finance Ministry official in Delhi on Sunday, has surfaced. The woman named Gaganpreet Kaur, 38, is a resident of Gurugram. She was arrested on Monday. Visuals showed her being brought out of a hospital in GTB Nagar, where she was being treated for minor injuries.
