A farmer in Rajasthan's Ajmer district wrongly received ₹16 lakh in his bank account from the Bank of Baroda on December 31 following a case of mistaken identity. He promptly used ₹15 lakh to settle a personal loan. The bank's manager has now filed a complaint with the police against the farmer after the farmer refused to return the money.
