UP ATS has reportedly uncovered code words used by Jamaluddin alias Chhangur Baba to orchestrate a massive illegal religious conversion racket. While "project" referred to women, "mitti palatna" meant conversion. "Kajal lagana" meant manipulation and "darshan" referred to introducing the victims to Jamaluddin. He allegedly funded men to trap women of different faiths and convert them to Islam.
