Actor Shilpa Shetty and her husband, Raj Kundra, have moved Bombay High Court, seeking to quash the ₹60-crore cheating case against them. The couple urged the court to direct the police not to file a chargesheet until their pleas were heard. An individual had accused them of using his ₹60 crore investment in their company for their own personal benefits.
