A 59-year-old biker, Lalu Kamble, died in Mumbai after a dumper truck hit his bike from behind due to potholes near the Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road. According to the police, the dumper driver did not anticipate the road's condition. Lalu's son, Vijay, alleged, "The state of the road there is pathetic...This is complete negligence on the part of the government."
