Indian rupee crossed the 90-mark against the US dollar on Wednesday, falling to a new record low of 90.13. This makes it the third consecutive time that the currency has hit a record low. The dip in the rupee comes amid stalled US-India trade talks and heavy outflows of Foreign Portfolio Investment, a currency expert said.
