India chess player Vantika Agrawal said she wants to become a Grandmaster in 2025 and is aiming to play a lot of tournaments. "My rating is 2411 right now, so I need 89 more rating points (to get to 2500)," she stated. Vantika, who was part of India's historic Chess Olympiad victory in 2024, has been selected for Arjuna Award.
