OpenAI will be acquiring Neptune, the startup that provides tools that help companies track their AI model training. The tech major will buy the startup by reportedly paying around $400 million in stock. OpenAI is already a Neptune customer, using its tracker to monitor and debug the training of its AI models. Neptune's other clients include Samsung, Roche and HP.
